Our Delivery Service
We aim to ship all items via Royal Mail, within 2 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed before 11am Mon-Fri are generally dispatched on the same day.
We make every attempt at processing orders as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow 2-5 working days for your items to arrive.
We are a small family-run business and do not offer express deliveries as standard. Please contact us on 07944 894 975 if you require an urgent delivery and we will try to do our very best to get your order to you quickly.
Our Packaging
As we aim to reduce our environmental impact wherever we can, we send our packages out with recycled, recyclable cardboard mailer boxes.
Due to the nature of our aluminium and glass product packaging, we try to ensure there is sufficient padding inside our mailers. On occasion we reuse the box padding we receive from our suppliers where suitable. We also use 100% recyclable paper tape and labels to seal your packages.
Signed for deliveries
UK based deliveries from Things of Nature do not typically require a signature. In the event that nobody is present to receive your order, a note will be left with instructions and your package will usually be available for pick-up from your local sorting office.
